Dosage form:
One pack contains 20 divisible tablets. Composition:
Each tablet contains 500 mg of disulfiram. Excipients q.s. up to 1 tablet.

Indications:
Treatment of chronic alcoholism and prevention of complications occurring during treatment.

Mechanism of action:
The drug suppresses the action of an enzyme involved in the metabolism of alcohol in the human body, which in increased concentrations accumulates a product that causes flushing, nausea and vomiting, weakness, palpitations, drop in blood pressure. These symptoms make drinking alcohol unpleasant.

Application and dosage:
It is taken orally. The average dose is 1 tablet daily at the beginning of treatment. Gradually reduce the dose to 1/2 – 1/4 tablet daily. Taken in the morning during breakfast.
Alcohol should not be taken during the treatment course.

Expiry date:
Do not take after the expiry date which is stated on the pack.
