WHAT CLINDAMYCIN-WORLD 600 MG IS AND WHAT IT IS USED

Clindamycin – MIP 600 mg is an antibiotic in the lincosamide group. It is used to treat infections caused by clindamycin-sensitive microorganisms [such as susceptible anaerobic bacteria, susceptible strains of aerobic Gram-positive bacteria (streptococci, staphylococci and pneumococci) as well as susceptible strains of Chlamydia trichomalis:

bone and joint infections;
ear, nose and throat infections;
dental infections;
lower respiratory tract infections;
abdominal infections;
gynecological infections;
skin and soft tissue infections;
scarlet fever.
In the case of severe infections, treatment should be initiated with parenteral administration of clindamycin containing medicinal products.
