What Clarinase is and what it is used for
Clarinase contains a combination of two drugs, antihistamine (loratadine) and decongestant (pseudoephedrine). Antihistamines relieve the symptoms of allergies and colds by blocking the action of a substance called histamine, which is formed in the human body. Decongestants help to open the nose.

Clarinase relieves symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), such as sneezing, itching or secretion of the nose, itching and tearing of the eyes, accompanied by nasal congestion.
