What is Azatrill and what it is used for
Azithromycin belongs to a group of medicines called macrolide antibiotics. Antibiotics are used to treat infections caused by microorganisms such as bacteria.
Azatrill is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by antibiotic-sensitive microorganisms such as:

upper sinus infections (acute sinus and middle ear infections, tonsilopharyngitis) and lower respiratory tract (bronchitis, exacerbated chronic bronchitis, certain types of pneumonia); Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) at exacerbation stage.
infections of the skin and soft tissues (erysipelas, impetigo and secondary pyoderma, first stage of Lyme disease);
sexually transmitted diseases – uncomplicated urethritis and cervicitis caused by chlamydia; gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis;
ulcerative disease and chronic inflammation of the lining of the stomach and duodenum, for the elimination and destruction of helicobacter infection.
