WHAT IS ANTIBODY DEPOS AND WHAT IS USED FOR?
Androcur Depot is a hormonal product that acts against male sex hormones (androgens). The drug substance is cyproterone acetate.
Androcury reduces the blood testosterone (androgen) concentration. This in turn leads to a reduction in libido.
Androgens favor the development of prostate cancer. In these patients, Androcur suppresses this
effect.
Androcur Depot is used to suppress libido in cases of sexual abnormalities in men antiandrogen treatment of inoperable prostate carcinoma
The active substance is cyproterone acetate. 1 ampoule contains 300 mg of cyproterone acetate in oily solution.
