What Ursofalk capsules are and what it is used for
Urzodeoxycholic acid, the active substance in Ursofalk capsules, is a naturally occurring bile acid that is present in small amounts in the human bile.

Urzofalk capsules are used to:

dissolving cholesterol-resistant gallstones with a diameter of not more than 15 μm in patients with gall bladder function regardless of the presence of gallstones.
treatment of inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis) caused by reflux of bile acids.
treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis in patients without decompensated hepatic cirrhosis (diffuse, chronic liver disease, at a stage when the disease-associated reduced liver function can not be compensated).
a liver disease associated with a condition called cystic fibrosis (also known as cystic fibrosis) in children aged 6 to less than 18 years of age
